NUTTY CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE

NUTTY CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE :

  • Fireless cooking
  • For 4-5 people

Ingredients:

  1. Digestive biscuits: 12
  2. 1 Cup Toasted Nuts, A Mix of Almonds, Walnuts, Pista, Cashew nuts.
  3. Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
  4. Butter: 30g or 2 tbs
  5. Honey 1tbs
  6. Water very little (max. 1 tbs)
  7. For Decoration.
  8. Amul cream :1-2 tbs.
  9. Colored gems or wafers.

Method : 

Take digestive biscuits. Break theme into small pieces. Do not powder them. Take butter and melt slightly. mix cocoa powder into it.put honey also. Put nuts (please roast d nuts in a pan and powder theme coarsely). Now mix dis with crushed biscuits.

Now take any container of d required size Put a foil inside a container. Line d foil with some oil so that the cake doesn't Stick. Put d biscuit mix into dis and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs to set it.
Decorate with Amul cream on top and gems or wafers or anything u like.
Your nutty chocolate biscuit cake is ready
