Bread poha in Chinese style

Bread Poha in Chinese Style:

Ingredients & Method:
Take bread slices and cut them into pieces..bake them for 5-10 mins.
Meanwhile in a pan take 1 tbsp olive oil and heat it..
Add Chopped 3-4 garlic cloves..saute.
1 big sliced onion..saute.
1 capsicum sliced (Add it of the color of your choice).
2 sliced cherry tomatoes and mix.
Add salt as your taste.
Add chilli flakes and oregano.
mix all this and add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
Once done..add the baked bread pieces.
Garnish with basil leaves and more seasoning as per taste.

Cut bread into 4 pieces.
Deep fry them.
Dip into chashni for 15-20 second
And then take out serve.
Sprinkle Some Dessicated Coconut.

Kadahi Paneer Recipe

Take a pan add desi ghee put zeera .long sliced onion,chopped tomato, capsicum ..saute 3 to 5 min add salt, redchilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, garam masala n two spoon tomato sauce,half katori fresh malai ...add paneer cubes garnish wid fresh dhaniya .

:kemon juice 2 spoon
: suji 1 spoon

Ek dusre pan mein 1 kg milk ko ubal k 1/4 hone tak pakne de fir isme taste according sugar or pista badam add kre ab isme rasgulla add krke thanda krke serve kre.......

Ingredients: 
Dhuli Moong Dal-200gm (1 cup) ,
Channa dal 100gms (1/2 cup) ,
salt as per taste ,
green chilli,
hara dhainiya chopped,
Bhunna jeera powder
 hari chatni,imli chatni,
dahi and radish ,
Method: 
Wash and clean both mung dhuli dal & channa dal.Soak it for 6 hours.do not grind it much.take out the dal in a bowl add salt,chopped hari mirch,chopped dhaniya,buna jeera powder and mix well.Heat oil in pan pick up the small potion of a dal mixture in a round shape and fry.for plating take 1. Drain the dal balls and dip in water for a few minutes 2.add green chatni,imli chatni,dahi and garnish with radish. Surf and enjoy with your family.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/3 cup milk
3 tsp cocoa powder or chocklate piece
2 spoon beat malai
4 to 5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter homemade white

Method:
Melt the butter and fry the flour on a slow flame for 1/2 minute.Add the milk, chocolate pieces or cocoa powder malai ,sugar . Go on stirring and cooking on a slow flame CHOCOLATE SAUCE.

NUTTY CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE

NUTTY CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE :

  • Fireless cooking
  • For 4-5 people

Ingredients:

  1. Digestive biscuits: 12
  2. 1 Cup Toasted Nuts, A Mix of Almonds, Walnuts, Pista, Cashew nuts.
  3. Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
  4. Butter: 30g or 2 tbs
  5. Honey 1tbs
  6. Water very little (max. 1 tbs)
  7. For Decoration.
  8. Amul cream :1-2 tbs.
  9. Colored gems or wafers.

Method : 

Take digestive biscuits. Break theme into small pieces. Do not powder them. Take butter and melt slightly. mix cocoa powder into it.put honey also. Put nuts (please roast d nuts in a pan and powder theme coarsely). Now mix dis with crushed biscuits.

Now take any container of d required size Put a foil inside a container. Line d foil with some oil so that the cake doesn't Stick. Put d biscuit mix into dis and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs to set it.
Decorate with Amul cream on top and gems or wafers or anything u like.
Your nutty chocolate biscuit cake is ready
