Ingredients:
Dhuli Moong Dal-200gm (1 cup) ,
Channa dal 100gms (1/2 cup) ,
salt as per taste ,
green chilli,
hara dhainiya chopped,
Bhunna jeera powder
hari chatni,imli chatni,
dahi and radish ,
Method:
Wash and clean both mung dhuli dal & channa dal.Soak it for 6 hours.do not grind it much.take out the dal in a bowl add salt,chopped hari mirch,chopped dhaniya,buna jeera powder and mix well.Heat oil in pan pick up the small potion of a dal mixture in a round shape and fry.for plating take 1. Drain the dal balls and dip in water for a few minutes 2.add green chatni,imli chatni,dahi and garnish with radish. Surf and enjoy with your family.
