CHOCOLATE SAUCE

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/3 cup milk
3 tsp cocoa powder or chocklate piece
2 spoon beat malai
4 to 5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter homemade white

Method:
Melt the butter and fry the flour on a slow flame for 1/2 minute.Add the milk, chocolate pieces or cocoa powder malai ,sugar . Go on stirring and cooking on a slow flame CHOCOLATE SAUCE.
